EVH and TGWU/UNITE have reached agreement on the salary award that will be applied by all FULL MEMBER employers from 1 April 2010 (2.25% on all points and implementation of the Scottish Living Wage of £7.00/hour equivalent to an annual salary of £12,774). This follows an overwhelming endorsement from the employers ballot which closed on 17 February. On a turnout rate of 80%, employer votes were 10 to 1 in favour of this proposal.
