EVH and UNITE continued their constructive discussions on 2010 salaries at last night's Joint Negotiating Committee meeting.

Both sides are hoping that by the end of this week a proposal that can be jointly recommended will have been developed.

That being the case EVH will immediately run the normal Employers' Ballot process as soon as possible thereafter.
